The Astronomical Clock, 600 years of one clock measuring the passing hours, noting when day turns to night as well as the position of the sun, moon, and stars. I was in Prague, Czech Republic walking a back cobblestone alleyway as the sun was setting over the old stone castle in the town square. It was almost dark, I had 5 more blocks to walk before I hit the train that lead home. When I approached the clock…I slowly came to a stop, mouth open, gazing at what I was witnessing. Starring up, I took in the beauty of the sunset reflecting off one of our great wonders of the world, wondering how many eyes before us have seen this moment…I am seeing something most will never see in a lifetime.
Ubuntu, I am what I am because of who we all are.
